Before AI, it was Salesforce: 50+ projects for organizations like Cargill, Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Adobe, NetApp, and Snap-on, and two AppExchange apps rated 4.98 across 51 reviews by the people who use them every day. Same hands-on approach, new tools.
What we build together
Three automations we've built with clients:
- A weekly SEO digest with next steps — every Monday, a plain-language note on what moved in search for your site and the three things to do about it, pulled from Search Console.
- After-hours follow-up for texts, calls, and emails — a message that lands at 9 p.m. gets a useful reply in your voice within minutes, logged and queued for the morning.
- From sales call to finished proposal — record the prospecting call; a proposal PDF in your template, with scope, pricing, and terms drafted from what was said, is waiting for your edits.

Show up when someone asks an AI who to call
More of your customers start with a question to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Google's AI Mode instead of a search box. The answer names two or three businesses. If yours isn't one of them, you never knew you were in the running. We make sure the models have what they need to name you, and we check every month whether they do.
- Ask the models what they say about you now — the twenty questions your customers ask, run through ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode, with who got named and which pages were cited.
- Give the models something clear to read — plain statements of what you do, for whom, where, and at what price; FAQ pages; structured data and an llms.txt file; AI crawlers unblocked.
- Be where the answers are sourced from — Google Business Profile, review sites, directories, and the "best of" lists your competitors are cited from, with your details identical everywhere.
- Check monthly and fix what moved — the same questions rerun, in a short note with what changed and what to fix next.
Nobody can guarantee a spot in an AI answer, and anyone who promises one is guessing. We make sure everything a model needs is there, consistent, and easy to cite, and show you month by month whether it's working. How we approach getting found in AI answers.
How a month works
- Session one is the free call — 30 minutes, screen shared. Bring the task you'd most like to never do again. We audit where the week goes and build the first tool. You leave with one thing working, then decide whether the retainer makes sense.
- Between sessions — iMessage us anytime; we reply quickly.
- Session two and onward — fix what needs fixing, build the next thing. Everything is logged in a shared Notion hub with recordings, transcripts, and action items.
One plan. No surprises.
AI Retainer: $1,999 per month, billed monthly. You work directly with the partners on every session.
- 2 live working sessions a month, 30 minutes each, screen shared
- Unlimited iMessage between sessions, with quick replies
- A shared Notion hub: recordings, transcripts, action items, and a running list of everything built
- Everything we build runs in your accounts and is yours to keep

Questions people ask before booking
Who is this for?
Owner-led businesses, usually one to twenty-five people, where the owner or a small team still does most of the work themselves. If repetitive tasks eat your week and there's no IT department to hand them to, this is built for you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can share your screen and describe how you do something today, we can automate it. You'll understand every tool we build well enough to change it yourself.
Which AI tools do you use?
Mostly Claude, plus whatever you already run: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your CRM, your forms, Notion. We'll tell you on the first call exactly which subscriptions you need. Most clients start with one.
What do I actually get each month?
2 live working sessions, unlimited iMessage between them with quick replies, and a shared Notion hub with recordings, transcripts, action items, and a running list of everything we've built. The tools live in your accounts and stay yours.
Can you get my business to show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude?
We can make it much more likely, and we'll show you the evidence. We ask the models the questions your customers ask, fix what's missing on your site and in the places the models source from, and rerun the questions every month. Nobody can guarantee a specific AI answer, and we won't pretend otherwise.
What does it cost?
$1,999 a month, billed monthly. There's one plan and the price is the same for everyone. The first 30-minute call is free.
What if we've automated everything after a few months?
Then you stop, and you keep everything. Some clients keep going because there's always a next thing worth building. Either way, you're not locked in.
Do you still do Salesforce work?
Yes. 1771 Co has done Salesforce consulting, integration, and managed services since 2013 and still does. Those projects are scoped separately from the AI retainer.
