AI training · Minneapolis · half-day, hands on
AI training for your Minneapolis team that ends with something built
Most AI training is a slideshow about what's possible. Ours is a half-day working session where your team brings real tasks and leaves with two of them automated and running. On site anywhere in the Twin Cities, or remote for teams spread across Minnesota.

In a session, teams usually build versions of these. They're the automations we've built with retainer clients, scaled to what a group can finish in an afternoon.
- A weekly SEO digest with next steps — Every Monday, a plain-language note on what moved in search for your site and the three things to do about it. Pulled from Search Console and your analytics: which pages gained, which slipped, which new questions people are typing, and a short list of actions ranked by payoff. No dashboard to log into. It reads like a note from a colleague who checked so you didn't have to.
- After-hours follow-up for texts, calls, and emails — A message that lands at 9 p.m. gets a useful reply in your voice within minutes, and you find it logged and queued in the morning. Missed calls get a text back. Emails and texts get an answer that covers the common questions, sets expectations, and offers a booking link. Everything is logged with context, so your first job in the morning is a two-minute review, not a pile of cold replies.
- From sales call to finished proposal — Record the prospecting call. By the time you're back at your desk, a proposal PDF in your template is waiting for your edits. The transcript becomes scope, options, pricing, and terms drafted from what was actually said, in your voice, laid out in your branded template. You correct a few lines and send it the same afternoon instead of next week.
How the session runs
Two weeks before, everyone fills out a ten-minute intake: what they do, what they repeat, what they'd hand off tomorrow. We pick the two workflows with the widest payoff across the group and set up the accounts so no time is wasted on logins.
The session itself is three hours. Forty-five minutes on how the tools actually work, using your examples, not ours. Then two build blocks where the group automates the two chosen workflows together, screen shared, everyone typing. We finish with each person writing down the next thing they'll build on their own.
- Up to ten people, any mix of roles
- On site in the Twin Cities or live remote
- A recording, a written cheat sheet, and the two automations, all yours
- Thirty days of Voxer questions afterward, so nobody gets stuck the week after
Who books this
Owners who want the whole team using AI the same way, not three people freelancing with ChatGPT and four people ignoring it. Office managers who are tired of being the only one who knows how. Nonprofits that need a responsible-use conversation alongside the tools. Firms that tried a webinar and got nothing out of it.
It's also the right first step if you're considering the retainer but want to see how we work before committing to a month.
What it costs
$1,500 for the half-day session, up to ten people, including intake, materials, recording, and thirty days of follow-up questions. Larger groups or a full day are quoted on request. If you move to the retainer within sixty days, the session fee comes off the first month.

Questions people ask
Is this a lecture or hands-on?
Hands-on. Everyone builds. The talking part is forty-five minutes and uses your team's own examples.
What do we need before the session?
The intake filled out, and accounts for the tools we'll use. We tell you exactly which ones two weeks ahead. Most teams start with one Claude subscription.
Can you come to our office?
Yes, anywhere in the Twin Cities metro at no extra charge. Beyond that we'll quote travel or run it remote.
How is this different from the AI classes in Minneapolis?
Classes teach a tool in the abstract to a room of strangers. This is your team, your tasks, and two working automations by the end. And you have someone to ask for the next thirty days.
