AI Audit: $995, one time
About two weeks, two working sessions, and the plan is yours whether or not you continue. The $995 comes off your first project or retainer month if you start within sixty days.

Projects: from $1,995, fixed price
Fixed scope, fixed price, a number on it before we start. The audit plan usually names two or three of these. Most start from one of the shapes below.
- Get the team on Claude ($1,995): A half-day working session for up to 10 people. Everyone builds, and the team leaves with two automations running, a cheat sheet, and thirty days of questions by iMessage. More detail.
- One automation, built and handed over (from $1,995): After-hours follow-up, call-to-proposal, a weekly report that writes itself. Built with you in your accounts, documented, and yours to change.
- AI search fix-up (from $1,995): The site rewrites, structured data, llms.txt, crawler settings, and listing cleanup from the audit baseline, done, with a rerun at the end to show what moved. More detail.
Projects start at $1,995. The exact price is in your audit plan, and it's fixed once you say yes. A project fee is credited to your first retainer month if you continue within sixty days.
AI Retainer: $1,995 per month
Billed monthly, no minimum term. For owners who want a standing partner and a next thing built every month. You work directly with the partners, every session. Nothing gets handed off to a junior or a ticket queue.

Salesforce work: scoped per project

What you keep if you stop
Everything. The audit plan is a document you own. The automations run in your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your CRM, your phone system, and your own AI account, so nothing depends on us staying in the picture. The Notion hub with every recording, transcript, and build note stays yours too.
That's the fair way to compare any quote: ask what will be running in your business thirty days from now, and what you keep if you stop paying. A tool you rent and a tool you own are not the same purchase, even when the numbers look close.

Three things, in about two weeks: a baseline of what ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Mode say when your customers ask who to call; a review of where your team's week actually goes and which tasks AI can take; and a look at who on the team is using AI today and how. You get a written plan with prices on it. It's $995, and it comes off your first project or retainer month.
Do I have to buy the audit first?
No. If you already know what you want, a team training session or the retainer can start straight from the free call. The audit is for owners who want a plan and a quote before committing, and most people start there.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. It's 30 minutes on a screen share. Bring the task you'd most like to never do again, or the three questions a customer would ask before hiring you. We build or run something in it, it's yours to keep, and we tell you whether the audit is worth your money.
Are there setup fees or AI usage costs on top?
No setup fee. You pay the model provider directly for usage, which for an owner-led business is usually $20 to $100 a month in total. The audit plan says exactly which subscriptions you need, and most clients start with one.
How is a project priced?
Fixed scope, fixed price, in writing before we start. Projects begin at $1,995; the exact number depends on how many systems the build touches and how many people need to use it, and it's in your audit plan. If the scope grows mid-project, we say so and re-quote before doing the extra work.
What do I actually get each month on the retainer?
2 live working sessions, unlimited iMessage between them with quick replies, and a shared Notion hub with recordings, transcripts, action items, and a running list of everything we've built. The tools live in your accounts and stay yours.
What if we've automated everything after a few months?
Then you stop, and you keep everything. Some clients keep going because there's always a next thing worth building. Some switch to a one-off project when something new comes up. Either way, you're not locked in.
Do you still do Salesforce work?
Yes. 1771 Co has done Salesforce consulting, integration, and managed services since 2013 and still does. Those projects are quoted separately from the AI audit, projects, and retainer.
